Screed X is a high performance, polymer modified ready mix floor screed developed to meet the precision demands of modern construction. It is a factory made, pre blended cement-sand screed composed of OPC 53 grade cement, well graded fine aggregates, advanced polymers, reinforcing glass fibres and GGBS (Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag) for enhanced strength and durability.
Manufactured in a fully automated PLC controlled plant, Screed X ensures consistent quality in every batch. It is suitable for both internal and external flooring applications, offering excellent workability, superior bonding and long lasting performance.
Screed X offers grade specific, highly polymer modified formulations that provide superior bonding, durability and performance for both tiled and directly exposed floor applications.
Screed X can be applied on concrete slabs, cementitious surfaces and other structurally sound substrates.
Screed X can be used for internal tile flooring using the wet on wet method (C25), for internal and external floor bonded screed applications (C30) and for external exposed areas with direct sunlight or harsh weather (C35).
It has anti crack properties as it contains advanced polymers and fibres that help control shrinkage and prevent cracking.
It can be stored for up to 6 months in its original sealed packaging under dry conditions.
Screed X is weather resistant especially the C35 Grade which is highly polymer modified and specifically designed for external areas exposed to direct sunlight and harsh weather conditions.
