Objective Summary
Planning, coordinating and supervising the daily activities of the site workers and subcontractors.
Only Male candidates needed ; Field site work ; Preferably from Ernakulam and Trivandrum regions only.
Principle Duties
Ensuring that the quality, safety and environmental standards are met and maintained
Liaising with the clients, consultants, architects and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or queries
Preparing and submitting progress reports, site diaries, drawings and other documents as required
Monitoring and controlling the budget, materials, equipment and resources of the project
